kumaresan voice index in puberphonia

New concept, after treating 1560: Puberphonia, a voice disorder where males retain childhood high-pitched voice after puberty, is treated through redirect phonation. This is voice break, changing the frequency high to low frequency, larynx to pharynx. This therapy focuses on pharyngeal vocal exercises and techniques to lower the pitch and improve vocal quality. Surgical interventions may not be considered as there is no anatomical problem.
