Dr. M. Kumaresan developed a non-surgical, rapid voice therapy method using uvula manipulation and "breath of fire" training for puberphonia, an inability for males to achieve a normal voice after puberty. This technique, performed by the Siva ENT Head & Neck Hospital, reportedly achieves immediate and permanent low-pitch voice results for over 90% of cases, with some international ENT doctors expressing interest and requesting further information on the technique. Dr. M. Kumaresan completed another, his, 24th book on puberphonia. Now he is planning for a text book on puberphonia.
