I am an assistant professor in Speech and Language Pathology in the United States. NO SURGERY IS REQUIRED as you did. Ask the client to talk like men for a couple of minutes and keep the new male-like voice. That is it. Or push on the thyroid cartilage with your index finger and ask the client to prolong a sound like /a/. Then keep the new low pitch voice.

Sir, Greetings, How many puberphonia have you treated? Peberphonia needs a permanent cure. Our treatment is only a small attempt at a permanent cure. Please correct me because I NEED IMPROVEMENT.

Differential Equation based on Newton’s second law as below
m ̈x+c ̇x+kx=f(t)
The natural frequency equation is as below
fn = √k/m
2π
Where, fn = Natural frequency in Hz
k = Stiffness in N/m or M/mm
m = Mass in kg
Let us assume, Voice pitch of Puberphonia patient is 185hz when measured
using a device
So fn = 185hz
m= mass of uvula in kg
m = 5 milligrams when measured physically
i,e m= 0.005 kg
∴fn = √k/m
2π
185 = √k/0.005
2π
∴ k=170N/mm (Stiffness before treatment)
“Dr. M. Kumaresan treatment includes wrapping of thread around uvula”
By adding thread over the uvula, the mass of the uvula has increased.
Weight of thread is assumed to be around 3milligram i,e m= (0.005+0.003) =
0.008 kg
∴ k=272N/mm (Stiffness during treatment)
Hence, adding thread has increased stiffness value by 37.5%
But, the Thread wrapped around the uvula will be removed on 4th day of treatment.
Yet stiffness value will still remain.
