UMAR training
Harmonics are produced in two primary ways: (1) by collision of the vocal folds, and (2) by acoustic energy from the vocal tract being fed back to the glottis and altering the glottal flow. In both cases, it is a distortion of an otherwise simpler glottal airflow in pharyngeal regions.

Puberphonia origin and treatmentVishuddha chakra is connected to our ability to communicate verbally. Voice and throat problems as well as any problems with everything surrounding that area, such as the teeth, gums, and mouth, can indicate a blockage. Blocks or misalignment can also be seen through dominating conversations, gossiping, speaking without thinking, and having trouble speaking your mind. When in alignment, you will speak and listen with compassion and feel confident when you speak because you know you are being true to yourself with your words.

How strength and function can increase after injury. Uvula manipulation increases the strength of uvulaLocal tissue adaptation: Healing tissues (muscle, tendon, bone) remodel in response to loading. Progressive, controlled loading during rehabilitation stimulates muscle hypertrophy, tendon strengthening, and bone remodeling (Wolff’s law), so the injured region can regain and sometimes exceed pre-injury strength.Neural adaptation: After an injury, the nervous system relearns movement patterns. Targeted rehab retrains motor control and coordination, often improving recruitment efficiency and functional strength beyond pre-injury levels.Compensatory strengthening: Surrounding muscles and contralateral limbs commonly become stronger to compensate for a weakened area. That can increase overall functional capacity.Protective adaptations: Scar tissue and altered biomechanics can make local tissues stiffer or more robust in certain directions, which might increased “strength”.
UMAR for puberphonia
To convert to a low-pitched voice from puberphonia, speech therapy using exercises to convert laryngeal to pharyngeal phonation is simple- use pharyngeal voice. ( like humming and sliding down pitch, digital manipulation of the Adam's apple, and "half-swallow boom" techniques! very difficult to understand and do -helps you relax vocal muscles and habituate a lower pitch.( Counseling and, in rare cases, surgical procedures are also available. )
