Human voice is similar to wind instrument

Human Voice ( vocal instrument), initiated in the stomach with the lungs supplying the air, the vocal cords setting up the vibrations, and the cavities of the upper throat, mouth, and nose forming a resonating chamber. Different pitches are obtained by varying the length of the vocal tract by opening and closing of various opening by lips, tongues, soft palate, vela pharynx and torus tubaris for eustachian tube.
