Out of India patients

Herewith we are sending a mail from pubërphonia Israel patient. What can we do. Some of my friends, please help solve this problem ( to treat this patient.) They have to come to Chennai. I cannot move from Chennai, our hospital, because, every day patients are coming.Our treatment is Our own research. No body know what we we doing. Two times I have called for workshop,to teach. Only 2 ENT Doctors, one from Nellore and other from Chengalput responded.

I was checked twice by two different ENT doctors, and in both cases no pathology was found and their working premise was puberphonia.

Treated once without any success (and a lot of disappointment )

how many days It might take?

The concept of voice onset time can be traced & studied  by "the relation that exists between two moments: the one when the consonant bursts when the air is released out of the mouth, or explosion, and the one when the larynx / some organ in the vocal tract starts vibrating". கி.பி. 1310இல் பாண்டிய நாட்டின்மீது கொள்ளையடிக்க வந்த டில்லி சுல்தானின் படைத்தளபதி மாலிக்காபூரை வேணாட்டு அரசர் குலசேகரப்பெருமாள் திருவடி தமிழ்நாட்டைவிட்டே துரத்தினார். அதனால் அவருக்கு “மும்மண்டலாதிபதி” என பட்டம் சூட்டப்பட்டதாக 1311ஆம் ஆண்டின் காஞ்சிபுரம் கல்வெட்டு தெரிவிக்கிறது. மாலிக்கபூரால் சிதைக்கப்பட்ட சிறிரெங்கம் ரெங்கநாதர் கோயிலை அவர் சீரமைத்துக் கொடுத்ததாக சிறிரெங்கம் கல்வெட்டு கூறுகிறது.

1530இல் தமிழ்நாட்டின் மீது படையெடுத்து வந்த செல்லப்பாநாயக்கர் எனும் சங்கரநாராயணனை வேணாட்டு அரசரான மூன்றாம் வீர உதயமார்த்தாண்டன் சிறைபிடித்தார். தொடர்ந்து வந்த அச்சுதநாயக்கனின் படையையும் தாமிரபரணிப் போரில் (1532) வெற்றிகொண்டார். இதனால் அவரை “செயதுங்கநாட்டு சங்கர நாராயணனை வென்று மண்கொண்டவர்” என 1533ஆம் ஆண்டின் கன்னியாகுமரி கல்வெட்டு கூறுகிறது. வேணாட்டு அரசர் புதுவை அரசருக்கு அனுப்பிய கவிதைக்கடிதம் தஞ்சாவூர்ப்பகுதி மூவாலூர் கோயில் கல்வெட்டில் பதியப்பட்டிருப்பதால் அவர் தஞ்சாவூர்ப் பகுதியையும் ஆட்சி செய்தமை தெரிகிறது.

இப்படி பல வரலாற்று நிகழ்வுகளும் கல்வெட்டு ஆதாரங்களும் உள்ளபோதும் தமிழக வரலாற்று நூல்களில் வேணாடு பற்றி சொல்லப்படவில்லை.

It is important to point out that the cord vibration is not a muscular action.When the cords are brought close to one another, the passing air creates a suction effect (Bernoulli principle), and the cords are brought together. As soon as the cords are together, there is no suction effect and the cords move apart.As soon as they are apart the suction is re initiated, and the cycle repeats itself.One can easily feel the difference between certain voiced and voiceless sounds. If you pronounce the initial sounds of the word pairs sip– zip and cheap– jeep and place your index finger on your Adam’s apple or place your index fingers in both ears, you should feel the buzz created by the voicing of /z/ and /dz

Omkara for Puberphonia

All the sounds, both consonants and vowels, are producedon this pulmonic egressive air stream, where the initiator is the lungs and the rest of the respiratory system, and the direction of air flow is out-wards: this is overwhelmingly the most common air stream mechanism in every language of the world. 

 The opening sound is produced on a uvula/velaric air stream,

(the peacock displays the divine shape of Omkara (அகவல் / ஆசிரியப்பா ) when it spreads its magnificent plumes into a full-blown circular form.)

 which operates only ingressively. When you make you can feel that the back of your tongue is pressed against the roof of mouth, stopping air from moving any further back; a little air is then drawn into the mouth further forward, and the closure with the tongue is released to make a initiation of speech.

Speech is purely human and non-instinctive method of communicating ideas, emotions and desires by means of a system of voluntarily produced symbols.Speech is human behavior and non-instinctive. By human, it means only normal humans possess it.Puberphonia boys have a normal communication system, but it is not mutated. By non-instinctive, it means that it is not acquired and that a male has to mutate the phonatory apparatus to learn the puberphonia voice change.

1.Audio speech training.

That feedback sound is ringing at a specific frequency. While ringing out the speaker(s) through its global equalization (EQ) settings, identify the frequency (i.e. 200 Hertz, etc.) and lower the intensity about 5-10 decibels at a time. That should begin to lower the ringing noise. You would be reducing the amount of sound throw of the speaker in that frequency range. When the throw of audio is heard again through the pickup of the microphone, you have created a feedback loop. The result is the feedback sound.
